David A. Adhami, born and raised in New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University. He furthered his education at Touro Law School, where he passionately represented clients through the school’s Public Advocacy Center Mortgage Foreclosure Assistance program.
During his time at Touro, Mr. Adhami discovered a profound passion for helping others. After graduating and gaining admission to the New York State Bar, he founded his own practice. He serves clients across New York, including Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Sullivan, and Dutchess counties, as well as Upstate and all five boroughs of New York City. With nearly a decade of litigation experience, he regularly appears before judges statewide, vigorously defending his clients’ rights.
Mr. Adhami specializes in civil litigation defense and criminal cases, handling a wide range of offenses from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including drug possession, conspiracy, DWI/DUI, assault, identity theft, possession of fraudulent instruments, credit card fraud, and domestic violence charges. He is also well-versed in traffic law, having managed thousands of cases across New York, such as cell phone tickets, failure to yield, stop sign violations, speeding, illegal U-turns, and other moving violations.
